Nestled in the heart of a bustling urban landscape lies a haven of tranquility—the epitome of contemporary luxury. This custom-designed villa by Balan+Nambisan Architects offers respite from the chaos outside, welcoming its inhabitants with open arms into a world of comfort and sophistication. Crafted from carefully selected materials, the villa exudes elegance with its blend of stone, metal, and wood. The comprehensive brief demanded a spacious, multi-generational home with ample entertainment spaces and privacy. The concept emerged: two wings connected by a transparent core housing communal area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. Integrating greenery was paramount, with verdant spaces manifested through decks, terraces, and gardens throughout.
