Nestled in the serene surroundings of Vapi, Gujarat, stands a remarkable seven-bedroom bungalow designed for a multigenerational family that spans four generations. This home is not just a residence but a manifestation of “unhurried urban living,” embodying serenity, joy, and an atmosphere of boundless happiness. The design team at Pentaspace Design Studio embarked on a journey to translate the client’s vision into a tangible reality, crafting a haven that promises calm and contentment for years to come.
The bungalow, extending from the ground floor to two additional storeys, is a testament to contemporary elegance. Pentaspace Design Studio drew inspiration from the diverse beauty of flora and fauna, infusing the space with a myriad of elements that range from intricate artifacts to vibrant paintings. This thoughtful curation ensures that the home exudes sophistication at every turn.
A defining feature of the design is the creation of dynamic, transitional spaces that align with the studio’s core philosophy. The ground floor features a transitional area that elegantly divides the space, leading into a tranquil courtyard and a cozy TV room. This layout fosters a sense of fluidity and interconnectedness throughout the home.
On the first floor, the family room and mandir area are designed with a contemporary aesthetic in mind. A strategically positioned arch wall serves as a focal point, gracefully separating the family room from the sacred space of the mandir. This architectural element adds a touch of grandeur to the space, enhancing the overall elegance of the residence.
The thematic journey continues on the second floor, where each bedroom is meticulously designed with bespoke planning and carefully curated color schemes. Each room reflects the personality of its occupant while maintaining a cohesive theme rooted in understated elegance. This ensures that every space, while unique, integrates seamlessly into the overall design of the home.

The material palette of the bungalow is a study in timeless luxury. Italian marble, stone veneer cladding, and delicate gold leafing elevate the opulence of the space. Full-body solid color tiles and engineered wooden flooring add both durability and style. A sophisticated color scheme of greys, whites, and pastels infuses each area with tranquility, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.
With its meticulous attention to detail and bespoke approach to design, this bungalow offers an exceptional living experience. It seamlessly blends luxury, functionality, and timeless elegance, making it a true masterpiece of contemporary urban living.
