The drawing and dining areas showcase Botticino marble flooring, providing a seamless transition between a spacious dining section and a comfortable drawing room. Natural light floods the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The drawing room features classic leather sofas, complemented by armchairs and a marble coffee table. Meanwhile, the dining area includes a striking wall mural and mirrored panels that add depth and interest to the room.

The bar display, crafted from wood and brass, serves as a focal point, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal. The family lounge offers a peaceful retreat, separated from the mandir by a glass block wall. A brown leather sofa and stone coffee table create a relaxed atmosphere. Adjacent to the lounge, the kitchen boasts a striking black granite island counter. Warm hues of brown and beige throughout the space maintain a cohesive design theme.

Connecting the two floors is an internal staircase with wood and glass railings. A double-height chandelier creates a sense of grandeur with suspended elements that add visual interest.

The master bedroom comes in Vanilla onyx marble back wall and accents of teal, brown and beige. It features white Michelangelo marble, incorporating elements of luxury with white stone, mirrors, and brass accents. A spacious shower and a Jacuzzi provide a relaxing retreat within the home.

This residence in Anand Niketan exemplifies a harmonious blend of aesthetic appeal and practical design. From the choice of materials to the layout of each room, every detail contributes to creating a comfortable and stylish living environment. It stands as a testament to thoughtful design, offering a space that is both functional and visually appealing.
