Dixon, whose innovative work in industrial design has left a significant mark on the design world, received the CBE, the highest honour in the Order of the British Empire. Known for his striking furniture, lighting, and homeware designs, Dixon founded his eponymous brand in 2002. Prior to this, he served as creative director for renowned furniture companies Habitat and Artek. His brand celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2022 with an exhibition at Milan Design Week, marking two decades of influential design.

Peter Clegg, co-founder of the UK-based architectural practice Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, has been awarded an OBE for his contribution to sustainable architecture. Established in 1978, Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios has gained widespread recognition for its commitment to environmentally conscious design. The studio’s work includes the award-winning Accordia housing development in Cambridge, which earned the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Stirling Prize in 2008. More recently, the firm has completed projects such as the transformation of a historic mill in Shropshire, the renovation of the Brighton Dome cultural complex, and the Aga Khan Academy Dhaka boarding school in Bangladesh.
