Dialogues by Nirmals has recently launched its first flagship store in India at Delhi Design District, MG Road. Spanning over an area of 6,500sq ft, the store showcases exclusive collections of interior fabrics, wall coverings, artefacts and bed linen, curated from across the world.
The store design was ideated on the lines of Maison & Objet and Proposte in order to offer an international home décor shopping experience. The store features many arches that symbolise the logo of the brand, and its philosophy of allowing unhindered movement of the body and the mind. The store design takes care to accommodate multiple languages or dialogues on home interiors. Every space within the store tells a unique story and facilitates dialogue.
Offering interior furnishings solutions that address the unique needs and sensibilities of their elite clients– both individuals and professionals in the luxury interior space, the brand has launched four new international brands including Le Motif, MOBJE, Güell Lamadrid and Coordonné.
Atelier Le Motif: Atelier Le Motif was born out of the desire to materialize the creation inspired by mother and daughter duo Camila Watzko Rubini de Souza and Marta Mercedes Watzko Rubini. The exclusive pieces of design and decoration are all made by hand that propose a dialogue between the characteristics of each artistic gesture proposed by the creators. Atelier Le Motif’s pieces are the result of fluid connections between the possibilities of visual arts, memories, plasticity, materiality and poetry.
MOBJE: An interior art brand features materials and techniques used in traditional Japanese hat making, where the producers sew and knit the materials and customers who, then rearrange their shapes by bending or folding the millinery fabrics to add new individuality. A new expression is born by squeezing and bending while feeling the texture unique to the material that touches the skin. Hoping to offer not just interior decorations but opportunities for owners to personally rearrange and create works of art, MOBJE is completed with the final touch of their own hands.
Güell Lamadrid: With more than 45 years of experience, Güell Lamadrid is the leading textile editor in the high-end decoration market for designs that combine elegance and originality. The brand offers printed, plain, embroidered, and stain-resistant fabrics of great quality. Established by Javier Lamadrid, to fulfill his entrepreneurial dream of having his own textile business after having worked in the large manufacturing industry, the second generation, formed by his sons Álvaro and Borja, is in command for almost 20 years, and have continued with the family legacy, making the brand much larger and more recognized in the market than ever.
Coordonné: Coordonné is a family-run company from Barcelona with over 40 years of experience in the creation of high-quality wallcovering and fabric collections. The company is led by a team of young, creative minds who are revolutionizing the wall covering sector; using innovative techniques to bring a new approach to interior design. The company was created with the idea of using just one brand to cover all your interior design needs for the entire space, coordinating both wallcoverings and fabrics. It was from this mission that the name COORDONNÉ was born. The collections edited by Coordonné can be found with over 3,000 retailers across Spain, 2,000 retailers across the rest of Europe, and in over 50 countries worldwide.
