Encapsulating the essence of Market Craft’s design philosophy, RICHFIELD by Natasha and Gaurav Arora weaves together elegance, innovation, and meticulous craftsmanship in every corner – serving as a distinctive hallmark in the studio’s portfolio.
Located in Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi, the Zenith is a contemporary, elegant workspace that embodies the distinctive identity of its dynamic CEO, Mr. Priyam Bansal. As per the client brief, this office sets new industry standards by infusing the very essence of the brand into every aspect of its spatial planning. The interiors imbibe a sense of elegance and liveliness and enable a seamless fusion of modern elegance and minimalist aesthetics.
A critical challenge has been to strike a balance between creating a professional environment and infusing warmth and comfort. Another challenge was to accommodate collaborative spaces and private areas for focused work and meetings. An astute and considerate approach to spatial planning helps achieve a workspace that is functional, yet aesthetically pleasing.
In line with the requirements of the workplace, the spatial layout is choreographed in a minimalist manner to evoke a sense of productivity and collaboration. The 1500 sq ft office is spread across two levels and comprises private workspaces and meeting rooms that offer the necessary privacy for focused tasks and confidential discussions. Large windows have been strategically positioned to maximise natural light, promoting energy efficiency and a connection to the outdoors.
One enters the workspace through an expansive glass door defined by muted metallic accents and cool undertones of grey. The reception area leads to the private spaces that are segregated using sliding glass doors to maximise space. The staircase is clad in elegant natural stone and is juxtaposed by the tactile double-height ceiling. Eclectic artworks and a contemporary spiralling chandelier lend an edgy vibe to the otherwise understated interiors. Patterned veneers and flooring in geometric patterns draw visual interest, while the accent ceilings tie the look together.
Thoughtfully placed, adjustable lighting fixtures enhance the overall ambience, adapting to the diverse requirements of the workspace. The design harmoniously integrates durable plywood and veneer into a primary colour palette of soft, earthy neutrals – warm greys, soft beiges, and muted taupes. Subtle accents in rich hues like rust, tan and hints of matte gold add depth and personality. The furniture selection includes premium brands, ensuring ergonomic seating, executive desks, and custom-made storage solutions that embody excellence in every detail.
Adorned with breath-taking ergonomic furniture and a nifty choice of materials, this contemporary workspace curates a stimulating ambience for employees and clients alike. The elegant interiors have been created to make a striking first impression through nuanced design elements. Moreover, the workspace radiates a sense of spaciousness achieved through the abundant use of glass, lending it a modern vibe.
