One of the first of its kind in India, the innovative design mechanisms arise from the need to address the challenges that urbanization has brought with it in terms of the heat island effect, air pollution, and the loss of green spaces. With the Origin Tower 1 and Tower 2, the company aims to revolutionize the essence of sustainability when integrated into the built environment of an urban jungle. Introducing an innovative way to bring green infrastructure to modern designs, Vertical Forest brings in a sustainable lifestyle with its unique design approach.

The society with 1000+ trees has two residential towers of vertical gardens of 30 floors high with a total built-up area of 1 million sq. ft. area and is one of the firsts of its kind to be developed in India. Boasting of luxurious spaces, these 3 & 4 BHK apartments place occupier wellness at the forefront with the provision of 3 balconies, a green facade cover, and magnificent open floor layouts within. The apartments are distinguished by staggered, overhanging balconies, allowing the growth of larger trees without interference even across three stories of the building, which are designed to hold large outdoor tubs for vegetation. This additionally offers one the privacy it needs while allowing subtle open access to the surroundings outside.

Ensuring uniform air ventilation, the stale air gets expelled automatically via advanced air quality management systems with fresh air flowing through the air columns provided in the building. The glass facade on the exteriors of the Vertical Forest apartment   coupled with the dense woods in the vicinity further permits lower temperatures within the home interiors. The inclusion of the 360Life Magic woods reflects a sharp focus given to the resident’s health and well-being with the provision of vegetation not only in the urban jungle but also in the vertical garden with fruit-bearing plants and roots.

With careful spatial planning, the vertical forest green zones blend in with the urban concrete architecture, seamlessly integrating biodiversity and an eco-conscious lifestyle. The project also makes use of Porotherm Clay bricks that are perforated, thus providing an exceptional thermal insulation system. This assures that the interiors remain cool in the hot seasons and remain warm in the colder season.

Maintaining the occupier’s interest in the design ideology, the emphasis of the project has been entirely given in ways to provide innovative sustainable architectural planning. For instance, the Vertical Forest project  incorporates solar energy, rainwater harvesting, and sewage treatment plants that promote a lower cost of living within the residential space. Moreover, the innovative concept of organic farming gives each resident an exclusive insight into careful design considerations when it comes to their health & well-being even though the food options are offered within. Acute details such as copper plates for water purification coupled with access to natural food sources offer the homeowner a comprehensive, energized lifestyle.

Offering an uber-luxe lifestyle to its residents, managing director Namitha Chiluveru seeks to epitomise home interiors with ambient lighting design, plush textures, and magnanimous floor spaces and showcase interiors that reflect custom-designed spaces for each homebuyer. The Vertical Forest  offers advanced amenities such as the provision of a 5-floor parking space, personal theatre rooms, an aroma garden & yoga lawn along with a solar roof. Apart from this, the facilities of an exquisite sports centre, a concierge, cafes, restaurants, and other rehabilitation benefits, Vertical Forest Apartments aim to be the epitome of luxury living.

With a vision of the design to be a “home for trees that also accommodates humans and birds”, our project The Origin: Tower 1 & Tower 2 will enhance human wellness with the beautiful synergies of structural language and natural organic expressions
