The 24,500 square foot villa, nestled in a serene location, underwent a complete transformation with a project tenure spanning from August 2022 to June 2023. The villa designed by Nitin Kohli Home with a constructed area of 10,000 square feet, exudes the captivating charm of a warm modern design style.
The renovation was an extensive endeavour, encompassing a complete redesign of the villa’s exterior elevation. The result is a breathtaking fusion of modernity and warmth, a true testament to the artistry of contemporary architecture.
Upon entering, you’re greeted by a symphony of elegant features. Modern furniture and exquisite veneer panelling adorn the interior, creating an ambiance of luxury and sophistication. The ceiling panelling, crafted in wood, adds a touch of natural warmth to the living spaces.
What truly sets this villa apart are the exquisite details. Semi-precious stones, such as blue tiger eye and yellow tiger eye, have been artfully placed into the design. The dining table, adorned with blue tiger eye, and the centre table, graced with yellow tiger eye, serve as focal points, exuding opulence and style.
The villa boasts a delightful breakfast and bar area, offering a perfect space to relish morning meals and evening drinks.
In the powder room, marble inlays have been placed, enhancing the overall opulence. The spacious 400 square foot kitchen is a culinary haven, designed to inspire creativity.
The highlight is the master bathroom, exquisitely adorned with onyx and green avocado stone imported from Brazil. Every bathroom is furnished in marble, adorned with intricate mosaic work, adding an air of refinement to these private spaces.
This villa is a true masterpiece of design, where the fusion of warm modern aesthetics and intricate details culminate in a residence that is as much a work of art as it is a place to call home.
