Located 1,800 meters above sea level, FORESTIS by Architect Armin Sader stands as South Tyrol’s most unique boutique wellness hotel. Originally envisioned as a sanatorium in 1912, the site was transformed into a hotel in 2010 by Alois Hinteregger. His son, Stefan Hinteregger, and Teresa Unterthiner have since evolved the property into a haven for wellness and luxury, offering panoramic views, holistic treatments, and a serene escape in the Dolomites.

MEANING:

The name FORESTIS, derived from ‘Foresta’ and ‘Roots,’ reflects a vision of creating a sanctuary where guests can reconnect with nature and themselves.

FORESTIS boasts 62 suites and an expansive 2,000 m² spa, harmonizing with the natural surroundings and offering an unparalleled retreat at the doorstep of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Dolomites.

SPA TOWERS:

The three sculptural suite towers, inspired by tree trunks, provide stunning views of the Dolomites and serve as a focal point for relaxation and rejuvenation. These towers minimize the footprint on the forest floor, allowing guests to feel immersed in nature while enjoying modern amenities.
