Design meets indulgence at MELT, an immersive cocktail bar in Noida by Pantone Collective

In the heart of Noida’s Skymark district, a revolutionary cocktail experience is taking shape. Conceptualised by Pantone Collective Design Studio, MELT is a celebration of movement, texture, and flavour—where architecture and mixology merge to create a deeply engaging experience. Spanning an impressive 10,000 sq ft, the interiors reflect its very name, with fluid forms, organic curves, and rich, decadent tones shaping the space.

The journey into MELT begins with an element of intrigue—a concealed vault entrance that immediately sets the tone for the experience within. Long before Pantone’s Mocha Mousse became the colour of 2025, Tanya Chutani, founder of Pantone Collective Design Studio, had already infused its rich, indulgent warmth into MELT’s immersive design. For instance, the vault is adorned with deep coffee-toned fluting! The design philosophy embraces fluidity, with organic walls and gentle curves that echo the transformative nature of melting chocolate.

Breaking Conventions in Design

Inside, the space unfolds like a carefully choreographed movement. Every detail is intentionally fluid, from the ceiling’s upside-down arches to the textured columns adorned with embossed chocolate-like abstract art. The seating layout is designed for both intimacy and energy. A blend of social banquette arrangements and more formal dining setups ensures that MELT accommodates every type of guest—whether they seek an elegant cocktail experience or a lively night out.

The Bar: A Central Statement

MELT challenges traditional bar design with its striking 360-degree amoeba-shaped bar. This centerpiece acts as a bridge between the outdoor deck and interior space, featuring an innovative lighting system that transforms the atmosphere through multi-hued displays. Here, Tanya introduced an unexpected element—a bold blue Pantone shade that ripples through the space like liquid waves, manifesting in custom terrazzo flooring and strategic accent pieces.

The Vault: An Intimate Escape

For those seeking exclusivity, MELT offers The Vault—a private dining sanctuary that accommodates 15-20 guests. This intimate space boasts its own dedicated bar and is accessed through an impressive circular portal. The room’s vaulted ceiling, crowned with a striking spherical art installation, creates an atmosphere of opulence. Terracotta tiles line the walls, showcasing the natural ingredients that form the foundation of MELT’s innovative cocktail program.

MELT represents more than just another addition to Noida’s nightlife scene—it’s a bold statement about the future of experiential dining and cocktail culture. Every element, from the play of textures to the careful curation of colours, is designed to evoke curiosity and indulgence.
