Two-decade-old Atrey & Associates has carved a niche for itself by seamlessly blending eco-consciousness with opulent aesthetics

Guided by Mies van der Rohe’s famous adage, “God is in the details,” Atrey & Associates in New Delhi meticulously crafts every project, from residential and corporate spaces to retail and hospitality environments. Their design philosophy revolves around the harmonious interplay of art, architecture, and spirituality, expressed through thoughtful use of light, materials, and architectural composition. Atrey & Associates’ commitment to sustainability is unwavering. They ingeniously incorporate locally sourced, environmentally friendly materials like bamboo, ash wood, and mud bricks, creating facades that bridge the gap between exterior and interior spaces. Their interiors exude modern charm while embracing eco-conscious living, featuring wooden accents, soothing colour palettes, and tranquil water features.

Amongst one of Delhi’s exclusive yet chaotic neighborhoods, Nadhyavart is a stunning modern dwelling that harmoniously blends contemporary design with nature’s elements. The grand double-height entrance sets the tone, juxtaposing raw, unadorned concrete with lush greenery. The unique round-shaped facade evokes continuity and harmony with its surroundings, while the concrete exterior exudes strength, and wooden accents introduce warmth and character. Nadhyavart’s standout feature is its seamless integration with nature. The boundaries between inside and outside are blurred, allowing residents to feel perpetually connected to their surroundings. Large windows and glass walls flood the interior with natural light and provide breathtaking views, creating a truly awe-inspiring living space that marries modern design with natural elements.
