What we heart: Leather-clad wall boiseries embellished with graphics of Indian royalty. A custommade totem fountain made with semi-precious stones, the Kaleera pendant lights above the dining ensemble and the coffee bar placed within a vertical trunk.
The 10,000 sq ft “flying bungalow” by Shantanu Garg Design redefines penthouse living with its architectural modernity, blending luxury with functional details. Luxurious Italian furniture, art deco, mid-century antiques, and global artefacts coalesce into a synchronised harmony, marrying Indian tradition with contemporary design. Black-and-white details inspired by Araish lime plaster, seen on marble walls, cushions, and bedding, exemplify the contextual Indian approach, achieving visible balance through contrasting styles and materials.
