Design Philosophy & Approach
The firm’s design philosophy stands on a steady foundation which is a cohesive blend of creativity, dedication, teamwork and an unwavering commitment to continuous innovation. We understand that each project is an opportunity to manifest the vision of a better and more sustainable future, resulting in spaces that not only serve practical needs but also inspire and enrich the lives of those who experience them. Our work is fuelled by a profound passion and a genuine enthusiasm for every aspect of the design and execution of each project, shares founder and director Adithya Kashyap. We look at architecture as an exciting pursuit to define the environments that induce the most appropriate experience to the users in response to the matrix of pragmatic concerns interwoven with sensibilities. Programmatic requirements, site conditions, climate, lifestyle, economics, and technical feasibility form the pragmatic concerns, while culture and aesthetics shape the sensibilities, reveals the co-founder and design head Sharada Seshadri.

Set amidst a lush green landscape, this eco-friendly villa by Architecture Continuous boasts a thoughtful architecture that utilises passive design techniques. It is strategically positioned to align with the sun’s path on a level meadow, partially shielded by trees, offering a stunning view of the serene Kabini River. The villa features a classic white exterior and a single storey layout, with an open and a linear floor plan. The heart of the farmhouse is a generously sized living, dining, and family zone, where loved ones gather for enjoyment and relaxation. Large fenestrations throughout the indoor spaces flood the rooms with natural light and seamlessly lead to wrap-around porches and a sun deck, allowing for intimate engagement with the surrounding nature.
